Bodegas Eidosela, Albariño, Galicia, Spain, 2018
An interesting little number from the North of Spain. A foody wine and great on its own, especially with the sunny days we are having at the moment. A glass full of summer. Wonderful lightness; fresh and refreshing, yet with no shortage of intensity or length of flavour. Gentle mineral character, almost hidden beneath the beautiful aromas. The wine's freshness is surprisingly long-lasting. Try with simple salads, pasta and tapas style foods.
